随着现代企业的改革与社会经济的发展,企业管理在企业发展的过程中发挥着重要作用。企业业绩考核作为一种有效的管理手段,在企业经营中的地位与作用日益凸现,但大多数企业管理者对业绩考核仍缺乏足够的重视。因此,进一步增进对业绩考核工作的整体了解,客观分析并总结企业业绩考核工作中存在的问题,已成为企业经营管理工作中的当务之急。科学、合理而又系统、及时地考核企业经营管理状况,是正确进行经营决策和经营过程控制的重要方式与基本依据。
With the reform of modern enterprises and socio-economic development, business management plays an important role in the development of enterprises. As a kind of effective management means, corporate performance appraisal has become more and more prominent in the business operation. However, most enterprise managers still lack sufficient attention to performance appraisal. Therefore, to further enhance the overall understanding of the performance appraisal work, to objectively analyze and summarize the problems existing in the appraisal of corporate performance has become a top priority in the operation and management of enterprises. Scientifically, reasonably and systematically and timely examining the operation and management status of an enterprise is an important way and a basic basis for proper management decision-making and operation process control.
