“脑苏灵冲剂”对脑水肿兔颅内压影响的实验研究

目的:观察“脑苏灵冲剂”对脑水肿家兔颅内压的影响。方法:采用右侧颈总动脉注射橄榄油的方法制备脑水肿家兔模型,将模型动物随机分为脑苏灵组、生理盐水组和甘露醇组3 组,从用药开始,连续观察3 小时,详细记录颅内压的变化,并进行比较,观察“脑苏灵冲剂”对脑水肿家兔颅内压的影响。结果:①3 组模型动物用药后颅内压为:生理盐水组(295±058)kPa(1 kPa= 1020 cm H2O),甘露醇组(198±042)kPa,脑苏灵组为(174±054)kPa;3 组动物用药前后自身对照,颅内压降低明显,均有显著性差异(P均< 005);甘露醇组及脑苏灵组与生理盐水组比较,颅内压均显著降低,差异极显著(P均< 001);脑苏灵组与甘露醇组比较,颅内压明显降低,有显著性差异(P< 005)。②脑苏灵组降低颅内压起始时间为(1617±784)分,持续时间为(6233±2476)分,而甘露醇组降低颅内压起始时间为(208±096)分,持续时间为(1889±925)分,脑苏灵组降低颅内压持续时间较甘露醇组持久。③3 组动物用药后脑组织含水量,生理盐水组为8189% ±126% ,甘露醇组为8029? Objective: To observe the effect of “Brain Su Ling Granule” on intracranial pressure in rabbits with cerebral edema. Methods: Rabbit models of cerebral edema were prepared by injecting the right common carotid artery with olive oil. The model animals were randomly divided into 3 groups: naimuling group, normal saline group and mannitol group. After 3 hours of continuous observation, The changes of intracranial pressure were recorded in detail and compared to observe the effect of “Brain Sulu Granule” on intracranial pressure in rabbits with cerebral edema. Results: ① The intracranial pressure of model group was (295 ± 058) kPa (1 kPa = 1020 cm H2O), mannitol group (198 ± 042) kPa (174 ± 0.54) kPa. Before and after administration of the three groups of animals, their intracranial pressure was significantly decreased (all P <005); while those in the mannitol group and the brain Compared with saline group, the intracranial pressure of the Su Ling group was significantly lower (P <0.01), and the intracranial pressure was significantly lower in the brain Su Ling group compared with the mannitol group (P <0.01) <005). ② The onset time of intracranial pressure in the brain Su Ling group was (1617 ± 784) points, the duration was (6233 ± 2476) points, while the mannitol group decreased the onset time of intracranial pressure as (2  08 ± 0  96) points for a duration of (18  89 ± 9  25) points, brain Su Ling group to reduce intracranial pressure lasting longer than the mannitol group. ③ The water content of brain tissue in the three groups was 8189% ± 126% in the saline group and 8029% in the mannitol group.
