目的 探讨螺旋CT后处理方法在临床应用中的价值。材料与方法 利用螺旋CT对34例支气管病变患者及5例正常人进行容积扫描,并应用MinP、MPR、ACI及CTVE等几种常见的方法进行后处理。结果 经临床病理证实良性病变18例、恶性病变16例,其中中央型肺癌占13例,比较其CT征象及三维重建表现,对后处理功能进行对照、评价。结论 笔者认为MPR对各种支气管病变的诊断具有优异的定位、定性意义,ACI在显示支气管扩张中有望代替支气管造影,而CTVE在支气管内支架的安放、支纤镜的活检导航中具有临床实用价值。
Objective To explore the value of spiral CT post-processing in clinical application. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Thirty-four patients with bronchial lesions and 5 normal controls were scanned with volumetric spiral CT and post-processed by MinP, MPR, ACI and CTVE. Results There were 18 cases of benign lesions and 16 cases of malignant lesions confirmed clinically and pathologically. Thirteen cases of central lung cancer were included. CT features and three-dimensional reconstruction were compared. The post-treatment function was compared and evaluated. Conclusion The author thinks that MPR has excellent localization and qualitative significance for the diagnosis of various bronchial lesions. ACI is expected to replace bronchography in displaying bronchiectasis, and CTVE has clinical value in the placement of endobronchial stent and biopsy guided by fiberoptic bronchoscopy .
