用仪器比色测定水质色度是简便快速灵敏准确的方法。笔者在实验室已应用十年。迄今为止的国标方法均沿用目测铂钴比色法。为对仪器测定水质色度有深入了解,1989年开始进行了详细研究。可以确认仪器比色测定水质色度完全可行,应代替目测法列入国家标准。 1 对仪器的选择 经试,581、72、125型比色仪器不能测定色度,721型分光光度计对色度有良好响应。估计721型以后生产的分光光度计,尤以紫外或紫外可见光分光光度计均可测定水质色度。 2 色度标准液的吸收光谱及测定波长 色度标准液在721型分光光度计上的吸收
Determination of water colorimetric instrument colorimetric is a simple and quick and sensitive method. I have been in the laboratory for ten years. So far the national standard methods are used visual platinum colorimetric method. For in-depth understanding of the instrument for determination of water quality, a detailed study began in 1989.
