目的寻找一种快速、准确大米中的硒的测定方法。方法通过对石墨炉原子吸收法的主要指标基体改进剂、灰化温度、原子化温度等进行考察,找出其最佳测定条件。结果利用1%硝酸钯、硝酸镁混合液为基体改进剂,选择灰化温度1 000℃,原子化温度2 600℃,特征浓度为1.94μg/L,相对标准偏差为3.5%,回收率在92.1%~108.8%,结果符合方法学要求。结论本方法具有简便、快速、灵敏、稳定、准确等优点,适于食用粮食中微量元素硒的测定。
Objective To search for a rapid and accurate determination of selenium in rice. Methods By graphite furnace atomic absorption method of the main indicators of matrix improvers, ashing temperature, atomization temperature were investigated to find out the best determination of the conditions. The results showed that the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 3.5% and the recovery rate was 92.1 at 1 000 ℃, the atomization temperature was 2600 ℃ and the specific concentration was 1.94μg / L with 1% Pd (NO3) % ~ 108.8%, the results meet the methodological requirements. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, stable and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of trace element selenium in food.
