在等动力(等速)采样是测量空气的含尘浓度时必须遵守的原则。可是目前在进行层流洁净室的检测中,由于同时使用了大流量粒子计数器Royco-245(采样量28.3升/分),和小流量的几种粒子计数器(采样量均≤1升/分),而且采样管的速度均与洁净室的实际断面风速不同。所以,就提出了一个对层流洁净室的检测要否遵守等动力采样的问题。如果以采样管内径7毫米计算,则Royco-245
The isokinetic (isostatic) sampling is a principle that must be observed when measuring the airborne dust concentration. However, in the current detection of laminar clean rooms, a large flow rate particle counter Royco-245 (sample volume 28.3 liters/minute) and several particle counters with small flow rate (sampling volume ≤ 1 litre/minute) are used at the same time.
