人工晶体的发展始终环绕着其光学质量和固定方法。非球面等视象后房型人工晶体首先由我国试制成功,经计算机光线追迹结果显示,其视网膜成像质量明显好于常规平凸、凸平和双凸形人工晶体,在视网膜弥散圈半径小和分辨率高方面是普通球面人工晶体的4~5倍。我们从1989年5月引进这种新型后房型人工晶体用于临床,取得满意疗效,现报告如下。 1.材料与方法 1、1材料:上海新华医院研制的非球面等
