目的:探讨优化急性上消化道大出血急救护理流程的临床效果。方法:以2012年1月到2013年12月和2014年1月到2015年12月收治的急性上消化道大出血患者为对照组(n=370)和研究组(n=375),分别采取常规急救护理流程和优化急救流程进行救护,比较两组的临床效果。结果:与对照组比较,研究组的死亡人数和平均住院日均明显降低,抢救成功率、医生及患者的满意度明显提高,P均<0.05。结论:优化急救流程使急性上消化道大出血患者的护理工作程序化、职责化和规范化,不仅提高了护理抢救质量与效率,缩短住院时间,而且提升了医生及患者对护理配合的满意度。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of optimizing emergency care process of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods: Patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were admitted from January 2012 to December 2013 and January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the control group (n = 370) and the study group (n = 375) First aid treatment process and first aid rescue process were optimized to compare the clinical effects of the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the death toll and average length of stay in the study group decreased significantly. The successful rate of rescue and satisfaction of doctors and patients increased significantly (all P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Optimizing the first aid procedure to standardize the nursing work of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding has not only improved the quality and efficiency of nursing rescue, shorten the length of hospital stay, but also improved the satisfaction of doctors and patients with nursing cooperation.
