针对多数水泥混凝土路面无法实现设计使用寿命,易发生早期破坏的现状,文章运用力学原理和有限元方法分析了水泥混凝土路面板弹性模量、路面板厚度以及路面基层顶面当量回弹模量对路面板中应力和应力变化率的影响。分析结果认为,由于路面板与基层材料间刚度的巨大差异,增加路面基层顶面当量回弹模量并不能有效降低路面板中的应力水平。在此基础上,本研究还进行了增强基础与增加板厚的经济效果比较。研究结果指出,就降低荷载引起的板中应力而言,适当增加板厚比增强基础效果更加显著,经济效果更加明显。这些研究成果对于设计长寿命、高承载能力水泥混凝土路面具有重要指导意义。
In view of the fact that most cement concrete pavement can not achieve the designed service life and prone to early damage, the paper analyzes the elastic modulus of concrete pavement slab, the thickness of pavement slab and the equivalent elastic modulus of the top surface of pavement by mechanics principle and finite element method Influence of stress and stress rate in pavement slab. The analysis shows that due to the great difference in stiffness between the pavement slab and the base material, increasing the equivalent rebound modulus at the pavement base can not effectively reduce the stress level in pavement slabs. On this basis, this study also conducted a comparison of the economic effects of strengthening the foundation and increasing the thickness of the slab. The results show that in order to reduce the stress caused by the load plate, the appropriate increase in the thickness of the foundation effect is more significant than the increase, the economic effect is more obvious. These research results have important guiding significance for the design of long-life, high load-bearing cement concrete pavement.
