山东肿足蕨(Hypodematitum Sinense Iwatsuki)的抗生育作用研究,在前文报告的基础上,继续进行了抗生育作用及初步机理实验,并作了亚急性毒性观察,现简报如下。一、山东肿足蕨小剂量腹腔注射对家兔早期妊娠的影响:妊娠家兔21只,分成二组。自孕1—7天,每天腹腔注射一次。实验组10兔,每兔给50％肿足蕨煎剂0.5ml/kg;对照组11兔,每兔给生理盐水0.5ml/kg。于孕14天时处死家兔,取出子宫,检查有无胚胎形成、胚胎数目及发育情况,结果见表1。
The anti-fertility effects of Hypodematitum Sinense Iwatsuki in Shandong, on the basis of the previous report, continued the anti-fertility effect and preliminary mechanism experiments, and made sub-acute toxicity observations. The brief report is as follows. First, the effect of intraperitoneal injection of small-dose fern in Shandong on the early pregnancy in rabbits: 21 pregnant rabbits were divided into two groups. From 1 to 7 days after pregnancy, intraperitoneal injection once a day. The experimental group 10 rabbits were given 50% swollen fern decoction per rabbit, and the control group 11 rabbits were given normal saline 0.5 ml/kg. On the 14th day of pregnancy, the rabbits were sacrificed and the uterus was removed to check for embryonic formation, embryo number, and development. The results are shown in Table 1.
