目的建立测定熊胆降热丸中儿茶素含量的方法。方法采用LunaC18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(8:92),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为280nm,柱温为35℃。结果儿茶素9.62~231.00μg·mL-1与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9996),平均回收率为95.88%,重复性试验的RSD=0.63%(n=6)。结论所建方法简便、快速、准确,适用于熊胆降热丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination of catechins content in Xiongdan Jiangre Pills. METHODS: LunaC18 column (150mm×4.6mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (8:92). The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 280nm and the column temperature was 35°C. Results The linear relationship between the area of catechins from 9.62 to 231.00 μg·mL-1 and the peak area was good (r=0.9996), the average recovery was 95.88%, RSD of reproducibility test was 0.63% (n=6). Conclusion The established method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for quality control of Xiongdan Jiangre Pill.
