内热式盐浴炉启动方法很多,虽各有特点,但也各有不足,如启动时间长(3~5h),热效率低,能量浪费大,有的还需增加辅助设备或部件,操作复杂,安全性差等。由于启动不便,盐炉不工作时,往往要通电保温而消耗大量电能。现行盐炉启动方法所引起问题的原因虽然是多方面的,我们认为有两条是比较重要的。(1)本来是内热式的盐浴炉,但在启动过程中,却把盐浴变成了被加热物质,必须另加发热体。(2)启动过程中大都是以传导方式加热使盐熔化,加热速度慢,热效率低,热损失大。
