采用肺灌洗液分析法和立体学技术,观察了经气管染毒氰戍菊酯(Fen)大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞、酸性磷酸酶、溶酶体的体密度、面密度和数密度的动态变化。结果表明,这些测试参数的变化呈现明显的剂量-反应关系和时间-反应特征。本次研究结果从生化和亚细胞水平为评价Fen的细胞毒性、阐明生物膜损伤机理以及制订Fen的卫生标准提供了依据。
The lung lavage fluid analysis and stereological techniques were used to observe the dynamic changes of the density, density and number density of alveolar macrophages, acid phosphatase and lysosomes in rats exposed to Cypermethrin (Fen) Variety. The results showed that the changes of these test parameters showed obvious dose-response and time-response characteristics. The results from the biochemical and subcellular levels in this study evaluate the cytotoxicity of Fen and elucidate the mechanism of biofilm damage and provide a basis for developing the health standards of Fen.
