将离子液体(IL)—1-乙基乙基醚-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐与聚乳酸(PLA)进行熔融共混,研究IL的加入对PLA性能的影响。差示扫描量热测试表明,IL对PLA玻璃化转变温度(T g)以及熔点(T m)没有显著影响,但会促使冷结晶峰(T cc)向高温移动,这是由于离子液体对PLA大分子链段的阻碍作用,降低了PLA基体的冷结晶能力。另外,由熔体流动速率(MFR)和热重分析测试结果可知,IL的加入导致PLA材料的MFR增大,初始热失重温度有所下降。表明在熔融共混过程中,IL的存在对PLA熔体具有一定程度的降解作用。其拉伸性能测试表明,IL对PLA具有较好的增韧作用,材料的断裂伸长率得到较大提高。
The ionic liquid (IL) -1-ethyl-ethyl-ether-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate was melt blended with polylactic acid (PLA) to study the effect of IL addition on PLA properties. Differential scanning calorimetry tests showed that IL had no significant effect on the glass transition temperature (T g) and melting point (T m) of PLA, but would promote the shift of the cold crystallization peak (T cc) to high temperature due to the ionic liquid to PLA Blocking effect of the macromolecular segment reduces the cold crystallinity of the PLA matrix. In addition, the melt flow rate (MFR) and thermogravimetry test results show that the addition of IL results in the increase of the MFR of the PLA material and the decrease of the initial temperature at which the weight loss occurs. It indicates that the presence of IL degrades PLA melt to a certain degree during melt blending. Tensile properties of the test showed that IL has a good toughening effect on PLA, the elongation of the material has been greatly improved.
