机体氧化应激响应是导致许多慢性疾病发生的原因,其主要的治疗方式是采用抗氧化药物治疗。本文综述了无机纳米材料的分类及其在递送抗氧化药物方面的应用,并介绍了无机纳米载体本身的抗氧化作用机制。无机纳米载体在实现靶向给药、缓释给药、提高难溶性药物溶解度与稳定性方面表现出良好的应用前景,有利于提高抗氧化药物的疗效。
The body’s oxidative stress response is the cause of many chronic diseases, the main treatment is the use of anti-oxidant drugs. This review summarizes the classification of inorganic nanomaterials and their applications in the delivery of anti-oxidant drugs, and describes the antioxidant mechanisms of inorganic nanocarriers themselves. Inorganic nanocarriers have good application prospect in achieving targeted drug delivery, sustained release drug delivery, and improving the solubility and stability of poorly soluble drugs, which is beneficial to improving the efficacy of anti-oxidant drugs.
