He is an educator from China Metrology Institute, the cradle of measurement talents. His name is Jin Shangzhong, teaching and research one shoulder pick, not only peaches and plums, and scientific research fruitful. He developed a distributed optical Raman temperature sensor key technology, advanced technology, wide range of applications, broad prospects for development. From a gap of 30 km to the successful monitoring, along the way, Professor Kim Shang-chung and his colleagues have overcome difficulties, step by step for a full 20 years. In 2013, Prof. Zhang Zixuan and Prof. Jin Shangzhong conducted the research achievements ”New Raman Scattering Based Distributed Optical Fiber Temperature Sensing Technology and Engineering
