在我校焊接教研室近几年开展对脉冲钨极氩弧焊工艺及设备研究的基础上,焊接专业72届工农兵学员配合秦川机械厂和52研究所,结合有关工业部门提出的碳钢薄壁件高速焊的要求,对于焊接速度达30~50米/小时范围内出现的问题进行了较为深入的探讨:确定了脉冲参数的合理范围及其配合关系;确定了焊炬及工件相对位置的选择原则;对采用交流断续器、直流断续器和脉冲激磁式的三种脉冲电源的电弧动特性曲线和工艺效果进行了比较;根据高速焊对脉冲波形的要求,研制了脉冲激磁式钨极氩弧焊样机。经小批试生产考验效果较好,为供大批生产用的自动机设计提供了依据。
