一、引言为了得到低噪声磁带,已研制出多种优质磁性材料。其中,由铁黄制取γ—Fe_2O_3的方法,原料成本低廉,资源丰富,工艺过程比较简易,成品性能也很优良。为探讨这种工艺的最佳生产条件,对其生产过程中各个阶段采用多种理化分析方法,从而证实,所得的γ-Fe_2O_3是针状结晶,且易于定向的铁磁性材料,其细度分布也比较均匀,它所制成的磁带具有优良的电声学性能。
I. INTRODUCTION In order to obtain low noise magnetic tape, a variety of high quality magnetic materials have been developed. Among them, the method of obtaining γ-Fe_2O_3 from iron yellow has the advantages of low raw material cost, abundant resources, simple process, and excellent finished product performance. In order to explore the best production conditions for this kind of process, a variety of physical and chemical analysis methods were used in all stages of its production process, which confirmed that the resulting γ-Fe 2 O 3 is needle-like crystals and easy to orient ferromagnetic materials with fineness distribution Also more uniform, it is made of tape has excellent electro-acoustic properties.
