美国著名的薪酬管理学者米尔科维奇曾经对薪酬的内涵进行了定义,他认为:所谓薪酬主要就是指单位的员工与企业之间的雇佣关系中的一方所得到的不同的货币收入、各种服务的总和。他的这一概念基本上对薪酬主体与客体之间的关系进行了清晰地表述,并将薪酬的支付方式和内容进行了详细的说明,薪酬的基本内涵得到充分体现。随着社会的进步和信息时代的到来,员工薪酬的支付内容、支付方式都发生了明显的变化,但是,薪酬的本质还是一种员工在付出自己的劳动和辛苦后的回报,这是一种变换的关系,也是薪酬不变的本质。企业员工的薪酬主要可以分为基本薪酬、绩效薪酬、福利薪酬三部分。本文将就我国现代企业薪酬福利的满意状况进行调查研究,并以此为契机研究我国现代企业员工对薪酬福利的满意状况。
