The new teaching concept, development concept and evaluation outlook embodied in the new curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools emphasize respecting the students’ subjective status and main personality, continuously pursue the harmony between education and student development, and make the process of learning truly personal. The purpose, implementation process, implementation principles and tactics of constructing harmonious education to adapt to the new curriculum reform are conducive to promoting the harmonious development of education to healthy development and to the guidance of harmonious education theory.
