Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing effect of intracranial aneurysm clipping under microscope. Methods Eighty-four patients with intracranial aneurysms admitted from February 2012 to February 2015 were divided into study group and control group according to random number table, with 42 cases in each group. Two groups of patients underwent surgical intracranial aneurysm clipping. Patients in the study group were given routine care and predictive nursing during perioperative period. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention during perioperative period. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of electrolyte complications, cerebrovascular spasm, pulmonary infection and rebleeding rate in study group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05). The recovery rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group, and severe disability and mortality were significantly lower than those of control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.6%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Perioperative predictive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of complications after intracranial aneurysm clipping under microscope and ensure the recovery effect of patients.
