传统的轴毂联接方法有花键联接,键联接,扁平健联接,紧定螺钉联接和压配合联接等多种方式。但是,花键、键、扁平键联接需采用磨削或拉削方法加工,而压配合联接需要配合公差小并需专用的装配设备。由于链和花键可能引起应力集中,降低轴的强度(图1)在确定轴径时必须加以考虑,因此,一般说来,确定出的轴径要比单纯传递扭矩所需轴径更大,致使材料利用率较低。
