本文简要地介绍了英国英电公司设计制造的一台用大功率三极管作频率变换器和三相异步牵引电动机的试验型内燃机车的结构及其电气系统。电力传动内燃机车的最大功率,目前受安装在机车上的直流发电机最大可能功率的限制,约为3000马力。大功率硅整流器的出现,依靠采用较大功率的三相同步发电机并用整流,便有可能显著地提高机车功率。根据这样的线路,法国和美国已制成一些机车。在英国,英电公司与不列颠铁路一起,设计和制造了一台利用大功率三极管作频率变换器和笼形转子三相异步牵引电动机的试验型内
This article briefly introduces the structure and electrical system of a test diesel engine designed and manufactured by British British Power Company with a high-power triode as a frequency converter and a three-phase asynchronous traction motor. The maximum power of electric drive diesel locomotives is currently limited to the maximum possible power of a DC generator mounted on a locomotive, which is about 3000 horsepower. The emergence of high-power silicon rectifier, relying on the use of high-power three-phase synchronous generator with rectification, it is possible to significantly improve locomotive power. According to this route, France and the United States have made some locomotives. In the UK, British Electric and British Rail design and manufacture of a test using a high-power transistor for frequency converter and cage rotor three-phase asynchronous traction motor
