为了降低购电成本、合理利用资源,以及减少、延缓电力投资,实现供电公司企业利润的最大化,提出了计及配网将来投资成本和购电成本的购电分配优化模型。该模型考虑了分布式电源接入配网、参与电能市场后的情况,得到供电公司在日前市场中从电力库和分布式电源的购电分配量。采用非线性原-对偶内点法求解该模型。算例仿真表明,结合负荷和负荷增长情况,合理分配购电比例,可以实现削峰填谷,提高设备的利用率,减少配网的将来投资成本,增大企业效益。通过算例也验证了上述模型的有效性和经济性。
In order to reduce the cost of purchasing electricity, make rational use of resources, reduce and delay the power investment, and maximize the profit of the power company, a model of power purchase and distribution optimization considering the future investment cost and power purchase cost is proposed. The model takes into account the distributed power access network, participate in the electricity market after the situation, get the power company in the market in the past from the power supply and distribution of distributed power distribution. Solving the model by using nonlinear primal-dual interior point method. The simulation results show that combining the load and load growth, and rationally allocating the power purchase ratio can achieve peak load and peak fill, improve the utilization rate of equipment, reduce the future investment cost and increase the efficiency of enterprises. An example is given to verify the validity and economy of the above model.
