针对GQ89潜孔锤反循环钻头在河南钼矿应用过程中出现的问题,对其进行了结构优化,并介绍了优化后的反循环钻头结构原理。利用fluent软件对优化前、后的孔底流场进行了模拟分析,又借助有限元软件对原钻头和优化钻头进行了应力应变分析。分析结果显示:优化后的GQ89潜孔锤反循环钻头性能得到大大提高。改进后的钻头实物在河南钼矿进行实验,取得了令人满意的效果。
In view of the problems that occurred during the application of GQ89 DTH hammer in Henan molybdenum mine, structural optimization has been carried out and the principle of the optimized reverse circulation bit has been introduced. The fluent software was used to simulate the bottom flow field before and after the optimization, and the stress and strain of the original bit and the optimized bit were analyzed by finite element software. The analysis results show that the performance of the optimized GQ89 DTH hammer has been greatly improved. The improved bit in-kind in Henan molybdenum experiments, and achieved satisfactory results.
