超低渗透钻井液技术能限制钻井液侵入和钻井液产生的压力侵入,有利于提高井壁强度、保持地层岩石的完整性、减少机械性不稳定地层的许多问题(如:压差卡钻、井漏等)以及减少地层伤害、提高油气井产能。而且,该超低渗透钻井液能生物降解,对环境无害,能用于水基、油基和合成基钻井液中。本文主要介绍了超低渗透钻井液在一些地区应用的钻井实例,表明超低渗透钻井液不仅在技术上能提高钻井施工能力,在经济效益上也非常具有应用价值。此外,超低渗透钻井液也成功地应用于完井液、修井液和固井作业中。
Ultra-low permeability drilling fluid technology can limit the intrusion of drilling fluid and drilling fluid pressure invasion is conducive to improving the strength of the borehole wall to maintain the integrity of the formation of rock, mechanical instability to reduce the formation of many problems (such as: pressure card, Lost circulation, etc.) as well as reducing formation damage and increasing production capacity of oil and gas wells. Moreover, the ultra-low permeability drilling fluid is biodegradable and environmentally friendly for use in water-based, oil-based and synthetic-based drilling fluids. This paper mainly introduces drilling examples of ultra-low permeability drilling fluid used in some areas, which shows that ultra-low permeability drilling fluid not only improves the drilling construction ability technically, but also is very valuable in economic benefits. In addition, ultra-low permeability drilling fluids are also successfully used in completion fluids, workover fluids and cementing operations.
