本文介绍一种三角形型塔顶活动撑架的结构形式。并以塔身受力状态最好,即塔机在工作状态下,由吊重、吊臂自重以及钢丝绳拉力联合作用在塔身危险截面处所产生的压溃应力最小为目标函数,可供塔机总体设计时,作为活动撑架优化设计的评价指标具有普遍意义。文中还以QT 25塔机为算例,建立了数学模型,用优化设计方法获得撑架参数的最佳方案。
This article describes the structure of a triangular-shaped tower top activity support. And the tower body is in the best stress state, that is, under the working condition of the tower crane, the minimum crushing stress caused by the combined action of the hoisting weight, the dead weight of the boom and the wire rope tension on the dangerous section of the tower body is the objective function, and can be used for tower cranes. In the overall design, it is of universal significance as an evaluation indicator of the activity support optimization design. The QT 25 tower crane is also used as an example to establish a mathematical model and the optimal design method is used to obtain the best solution for the support rack parameters.
