随着社会经济的发展,人们对国家社会保障需求的增加,我国现有的失业保险制度也在逐渐完善,但依然存在很多问题和不足,失业保险制度的改革俨然成为时代的需要。主要分析了国内失业保险制度的现存问题,并根据实践工作经验,提出了科学的改革思路和建议,旨在加强与同行的交流,促进我国失业保险制度的健全和完善,真正发挥社会保障作用,维护社会稳定,创造和谐社会,促进社会经济的可持续繁荣发展。
