一、前言二江泄水闸首次检修使用了多种新型材料。为了使修补后的过流而具有较高的强度、硬度、抗冲耐磨性能,施工时要求配料称量准确,结合面认真处理,采取各种有效措施,严格控制质量。经过1982年一个汛期洪水考虑,原型观察证明水下修补各项施工工艺是可行的,各种材料抗冲耐磨效果是好的。本文主要对泄水闸水下修补质量控制、原型观测不同材料抗冲耐磨效果进行初步分析,并对今后水下修补材料选择提出意见,供参考。
First, the foreword Two rivers sluice for the first time using a variety of new maintenance materials. After a flood season in 1982, the prototype observation proves that it is practicable to apply various underwater construction techniques. The impact and abrasion resistance of various materials is good. This paper mainly analyzes the quality control of submerged repair of sluice gates and the impact and abrasion resistance of different materials in prototype observation. It also gives comments on the selection of underwater repair materials for reference.
