本文在实验的基础上,参考有关文献,全面地论述了在铝电解槽中生产铝基台金(Al—Me)的几个基本问题,亦即,生产 Al—Me 合金的电化学基础,各种金属氧化物在冰晶石中的溶解度,生产 Al—Me 合金的电流效率,原料的选择及铝合金的平衡相图。这些问题不但概括了生产 Al—Me合金的基础理论,而且也涉及到生产中的技术关键。文中认为,在铝电解槽中生产铝基中间合金和应用合金是今后铝电解发展的一个新的趋向。铝冶金,不仅只提取纯铝,而且也意味着直接生产Al—Me 合金。文章最后给出了有关的 Al—Me 合金相图,可供生产和研究部门参考。
Based on the experiments, several basic problems of Al-Me production in aluminum reduction cell are discussed comprehensively on the basis of experiments. That is, the electrochemical basis of production of Al-Me alloy, The solubility of metal oxides in cryolite, the current efficiency of producing Al-Me alloy, the choice of raw materials and the equilibrium phase diagram of aluminum alloy. These questions not only summarize the basic theory of Al-Me alloy production, but also related to the key technology in the production. The paper believes that the production of aluminum-based aluminum alloy master alloy and application of alloy in the future development of aluminum electrolysis a new trend. Aluminum metallurgy, not only pure aluminum, but also means direct production of Al-Me alloy. The article gives the relevant Al-Me alloy phase diagram, for production and research department reference.
