近年来,辽宁省经济社会发展面临的资源环境约束不断加大,其生态经济系统的结构与功能发生了较大变化。基于能值分析方法,对1999~2009年辽宁省的能流、物流、货币流、废物流等进行定量分析,评价各子系统在生态系统发展中的作用和地位,并通过综合分析上述各种生态流,得出一系列以能值为基础的综合指标,定量分析辽宁省生态经济系统的结构功能特征、生态经济效益及其可持续发展水平,并提出相应的对策建议,以期能够为辽宁实现可持续发展提供决策参考。
In recent years, the constraints on resources and the environment in Liaoning’s economic and social development have been constantly increasing, and the structure and function of the eco-economic system have undergone great changes. Based on the emergy analysis method, the energy flow, logistics, currency flow and waste flow in Liaoning Province from 1999 to 2009 were quantitatively analyzed to evaluate the function and status of each subsystem in the ecosystem development. Through the comprehensive analysis of the above various Ecological flow, we draw a series of integrated index based on emergy, quantitatively analyze the structural and functional characteristics, ecological and economic benefits and sustainable development level of Liaoning’s eco-economic system, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in order to achieve Liaoning’s Sustainable development provides decision-making reference.
