群众路线是我们党的生命线和根本工作路线。随着时代的发展,新时期党的群众路线的价值主体、价值客体和价值目标都得到了进一步拓展。这就决定着党的群众路线的贯彻必须与民生政治建设相结合,与党的作风建设相结合,与群众心理、风俗习惯等相结合。在实践中,坚持和贯彻党的群众路线,必须建立和依托相应的制度体系,包括完善民情民意了解制度、健全服务群众制度、建立群众工作的反馈制度。
