联盟伙伴竞争关系是联盟组合交互效应的一个重要维度,而它与焦点企业联盟战略目标之间是否有关系、有怎样的关系目前还不清楚。在整合了社会网络与资源基础理论的基础上,以高科技企业为调查样本,提出并验证了联盟伙伴竞争分别与焦点企业资源整合和突破性创新间的倒U型曲线关系,以及联盟伙伴竞争通过资源整合的中介传导作用影响焦点企业突破性创新的假设。结论表明,企业获取和利用外部资源以实现突破性创新战略目标的过程中,需要配置适度的联盟伙伴竞争,过低或过高的竞争水平都会导致创新绩效的降低,同时应该利用联盟伙伴竞争促进自身资源整合来实现突破性创新。
The competitive relationship of alliance partners is an important dimension of the interaction effect of the alliance portfolio. Whether it is related to the strategic goals of the focus business alliance is still unclear. Based on the integration of the social network and the basic theory of resources, this paper proposes and verifies the inverted U-shaped relationship between the alliance partner competition and the focus enterprise resource integration and breakthrough innovation based on the high-tech enterprises as the sample of the survey, as well as the competition between alliance partners The hypothesis of breakthrough innovation of the key enterprises is influenced by the medium conduction of resource integration. The conclusion shows that in the process of enterprises acquiring and using external resources to achieve the strategic goal of breakthrough innovation, it is necessary to allocate modest alliance partner competition, too low or too high competition level will lead to the decrease of innovation performance, at the same time, it should make use of the promotion of alliance partner competition Integration of their own resources to achieve breakthrough innovation.
