乌鲁木齐高铁火车站项目的 BIM模型所包含的信息能满足参建各方全生命周期的需要,实现绿色理念。基于BIM平台整合设计,完成声学、光学、消防疏散、CFD空调模拟、室内设计、低碳设计等各专题设计任务,提升了设计水准,并通过虚拟现实及可视化专题研究,实现BIM技术对施工方、业主方、运营方的推广,降低了技术门槛。意在总结较为成熟可行的BIM应用方案与流程,为推广BIM技术创造有利条件,同时通过研究BIM技术,推动设计管理升级。
