著者之一(王宪楷)曾于寻找含小蘗硷的植物資源的研究中,試驗得知成都附近产刺黄柏(细叶十大功劳)(Mahonia fortunei Mouill.)莖部含小蘗硷2.6%,根部含0.9%;十大功劳(Mahonia japonica D C.)莖部含0.33%;三颗針(Berberis Chengii Chen,,(?))根含小蘗硷0.6%。小蘗硷在小蘗科Berberis Darwinit Hook.及毛茛科峨嵋黄連(Coptis Chinensis Franch.)、味連(Coptis Chinensis Franch.var. Shihchuensis)根莖中,其含量是随植物生長年限而加增的,因之上述植物在利用作为小蘗硷生产的原料时,应进一步測出各种不同生長年限的植物中小蘗硷的确实含量,以便更好地利用資源。
One of the authors (Wang Xianzhi) once studied the plant resources containing Smilax quinquefolius and found out that the stems of M. henryi (Mahonia fortunei Mouill.) with small stems near Chengdu were 2.6%. The root contains 0.9%; the Mahonia japonica D C. stem contains 0.33%; the three needles (Berberis Chengii Chen, (?)) contain 0.6% of the root. In the rhizomes of Berberis Darwinit Hook. and Coptis Chinensis Franch. and Coptis Franch. var. Shihchuensis, their contents increase with the years of plant growth. Therefore, when the above plant is used as a raw material for the production of barberry, the exact content of barnyardgrass in plants of various different growth stages should be further measured in order to make better use of resources.
