对２４６例经内镜检查确诊为胆汁返流性胃炎患者再行Ｂ超检查后做回顾性分析，探讨胆汁返流性胃炎与肝胆病关系，发现胆囊炎或／并胆石症的存在不仅可以导致胆汁返流，引起胃粘膜的慢性炎症，而且促进溃疡的发生并影响其愈合
A retrospective analysis of 246 cases of biliary reflux gastritis diagnosed by endoscopy and retrospective analysis of bile reflux gastritis and hepatobiliary disease and found that the presence of cholecystitis or / and cholelithiasis can not only lead to Bile reflux, causing chronic inflammation of the gastric mucosa, but also promote the occurrence of ulcers and affect their healing
