When the flames of the Liberation War burnt in the vast land of China and the national people’s anti-hunger, anti-civil war and anti-persecution campaigns climaxed, in 1946 a new type of higher education institution was established in Qingshanwan, a secluded bay in Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is the Hong Kong Dade College founded by many older revolutionaries and patriotic democrats.
