采用Nd…YAG固体脉冲激光器对45钢盘表面进行了织构化处理,形成了具有不同微孔深度的织构化阵列。在织构化钢盘表面制备了Ni-MoS_2复合镀层,对Al_2O_3陶瓷球/45钢盘进行了摩擦性能测试,并对试样表面的磨损形貌进行了分析。结果表明,不同脉冲次数对微孔最大直径的影响较小,但随着脉冲次数的增加,微孔深度和内部空腔体积显著增大。在干摩擦条件下,具有织构化阵列的复合镀层摩擦系数比未织构镀层的降低0.1~0.15,且随着微孔深度的增加,摩擦系数进一步降低,其中40个脉冲形成的织构化镀层具有最佳的抗磨减摩性能,且磨损寿命是20个脉冲形成的织构化镀层的3倍。
The surface of 45 steel was textured by Nd ... YAG solid-state pulsed laser to form textured arrays with different micro-hole depths. The Ni-MoS 2 composite coating was prepared on the surface of the textured steel plate. The friction performance of the Al 2 O 3 ceramic ball / 45 steel plate was tested. The wear morphology of the sample was also analyzed.
