为解决俄罗斯许多地区建筑用砂的困难,建筑上采用模数Mrl.2~1.5的细砂。这样不可避免的带来水泥的超量和钢筋混凝土结构质量的降低。莫吉廖夫机器制造学院试验成用该地区工业企业冶金铸造废砂(年堆积近8万m~3)代替石英砂配制普通混凝土。该种废砂含SiO_2 88%~96%,AL_2O_3 0.44%~5.38%以及其它成分,模数为Mk1.85~1.92。将它进行加工后与花岗岩碎石等配制标号B1O~
In order to solve the difficulties of construction sand in many areas of Russia, the use of fine sand with a modulus of Mrl.2 to 1.5 was adopted for construction. This inevitably brings about an excess of cement and a decrease in the quality of reinforced concrete structures. The Mogilev Institute of Machine-building experimented with the use of metallurgical foundry sand (an accumulation of nearly 80,000 cubic meters per year) in place of quartz sand to make ordinary concrete from industrial companies in the region. This type of waste sand contains 88% to 96% of SiO2, 0.44% to 5.38% of AL2O3, and other components, and the modulus is Mk1.85 to 1.92. After it is processed and prepared with granite gravel and other symbols B1O ~
