本文讨论气体一金属固体间多相反应的速度控制环节。对扩散控制和混合控制提出了基本公式和曲线。作为应用举例,讨论了气体渗碳。指出气体渗碳的速度控制应是混合控制,而不是一般的纯扩散控制。介绍了根据这种观点,求扩散系数、传递系数、碳浓度分布曲线、渗碳层深度的方法。最后,初步提出了用活度处理方法,解决实测值和理想公式及其曲线间的偏差。
This article discusses the gas-metal solid phase heterogeneous reaction speed control. Proposed basic formulas and curves for diffusion control and hybrid control. As an application example, gas carburizing is discussed. Pointed out that the rate of carburizing gas control should be mixed control, rather than the general pure diffusion control. According to this point of view, the diffusion coefficient, transfer coefficient, carbon concentration distribution curve and depth of carburized layer are introduced. Finally, the method of activity treatment is proposed initially to solve the deviation between the measured value and the ideal formula and its curve.
