本试验采用以生物膜学说为依据的电导法,测定经连续梯度降温处理的和蒸汽杀死后的梨一年生枝条电导率,换算成电解质渗出百分率,从所得数值找出质膜透性的变化规律,以寻求检测梨树耐寒性的方法。为验证其准确性,将各处理材料分出部分进行插枝水培,以观察其发芽情况和内部变化。观察结果与测得的生理指标相一致,从而表明应用电解质渗出率的计量单位测定梨的耐寒性,是一个简易可靠的方法。
