由于高性能铸铁件要求铸造生铁有较高的纯净度,对铸造用高纯生铁有害元素的炉外脱除进行了理论分析,研究发现:Ti,Al可在炉外处理过程中较容易地氧化脱除;而若要把B,Mn,V,Cr,P等元素氧化脱除至较低水平,不仅要在炉外脱除时控制脱除条件,同时也要在高炉冶炼中抑制这些元素进入铁水。对高炉冶炼和炉外处理过程中B,Mn,V,Cr,P脱除情况进行综合分析,冶炼每吨铁水入炉原料中这些元素的质量要控制在如下水平:硼小于2.0 kg,锰小于5.0 kg,钒小于1.9 kg,铬小于1.9 kg,磷小于2.0 kg。
Due to the high purity cast iron required by high performance cast iron, theoretical analysis is made on the removal of harmful elements from high purity pig iron found in castings.
