世界卫生组织2006年4月日——卫生人力危机2006年4月7日,世界卫生组织(世卫组织)公布“2006年世界卫生报告——通力合作,增进健康”,报告说,人员短缺再加上缺乏培诩和知识也是卫生系统在努力有效地对慢性病、禽流感和其它卫生挑战做出反应时的主要障碍.每个国家必须改进它计潮的方法,教育和雇用医生、护士并支持组成卫生队伍的人员,向他们提供更好的工作条件.
World Health Organization April 2006 - Health Manpower Crisis On April 7, 2006, the World Health Organization (WHO) announced the “World Health Report 2006 - Working together to improve health,” the report said that there is a shortage of staff. The lack of training and knowledge is also a major obstacle to the health system’s efforts to effectively respond to chronic diseases, bird flu, and other health challenges. Each country must improve its method of counting tides, educate and hire doctors, nurses, and support personnel who make up the health team and provide them with better working conditions.
