目的了解吉林省成年居民睡眠状况,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法利用2013年中国慢性病及其危险因素监测吉林省调查数据,对4 776名成年居民的睡眠时间进行分析。结果吉林省成年居民每天睡眠时间为(7.3±1.3)h,城市地区居住人群每天睡眠时间(7.1±1.3)h低于农村地区(7.4±1.3)h(t=29.34,P<0.01);每天睡眠时间随着年龄增加而减少(F=43.44,P<0.01);以上差异均有统计学意义。性别间每天睡眠时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。每天睡眠时间不足7 h的成年人群中,45.8%自评健康状况为差。不同睡眠时间中,健康状况自我评价结果差异有统计学意义(χ2=140.48,P<0.01)。结论吉林省成年居民睡眠不足问题普遍存在,应加大健康睡眠重要性的宣传力度。城市地区居民和老年人是睡眠干预的重点人群。
Objective To understand the sleep status of adult inhabitants in Jilin Province and provide basis for making interventions. Methods The survey data of Jilin Province from 2013 on chronic diseases and its risk factors in China were monitored to analyze the sleep time of 4 776 adult residents. Results The daily sleep time of adult residents in Jilin Province was (7.3 ± 1.3) h and that of urban residents was 7.1 ± 1.3 days (7.1 ± 1.3) days lower than that in rural areas (t = 29.34, P <0.01) Sleep time decreased with age (F = 43.44, P <0.01); The above differences were statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the daily sleep time between genders (P> 0.05). Of the adult population who sleep less than 7 hours a day, 45.8% of them rated themselves poor health. There was significant difference in self-evaluation of health status during different sleeping time (χ2 = 140.48, P <0.01). Conclusion The problem of lack of sleep among adult residents in Jilin Province is widespread. The publicity of the importance of healthy sleep should be strengthened. Urban residents and the elderly are the key populations for sleep intervention.
