研究了碳含量和硅含量对磨边机用钢力学性能和磨损性能的影响。结果表明,随着碳含量的增加,试验钢硬度和抗拉强度增加,冲击韧度、伸长率和断面收缩率均降低。随着硅含量的增加,试验钢的硬度几乎无变化,冲击韧度先增加而后降低,抗拉强度逐渐升高,伸长率和断面收缩率逐渐降低。随着碳含量和硅含量的增加,磨边机用钢的耐磨性均提高。
The effects of carbon content and silicon content on the mechanical properties and wear properties of steel for edging machines were studied. The results show that with the increase of carbon content, the hardness and tensile strength of the test steel increase, impact toughness, elongation and reduction of area reduce. With the increase of silicon content, the hardness of the test steel almost does not change, the impact toughness increases first and then decreases, the tensile strength gradually increases, and the elongation and reduction of area decreases gradually. With the increase of carbon content and silicon content, the abrasion resistance of edging steel is improved.
