目的:观察彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢静脉曲张的临床效果。方法:采用彩色多普勒超声仪诊断下肢静脉曲张患者214例(观察组)和健康正常者20例(对照组),观察两组下肢静脉系统解剖结构和血流动力学改变并进行比较分析。结果:观察组瓣膜功能正常的深静脉内径与对照组比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);瓣膜功能不全的大隐静脉、小隐静脉内径均显著增宽,反流时间均>1s,与对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:下肢静脉曲张是由大隐静脉、小隐静脉瓣膜功能不全所致,彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉病变的诊断具有较高的敏感度和准确度。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of varicose veins of the lower extremities. Methods: 214 cases (control group) and 20 healthy controls (control group) were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasonography. The anatomical structure and hemodynamic changes of the venous system were observed and compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the diameter of deep vein between the observation group and the control group (P> 0.05). The diameter of saphenous vein and small saphenous vein of valvular dysfunction were significantly widened, and the reflux time was> 1 second Control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The varicose veins of the lower extremities are caused by the insufficiency of the saphenous vein and small saphenous vein. The sensitivity and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasonography for the diagnosis of deep venous lesions of lower extremities are high.
