湖北省鹤峰县县委、县政府重视民办教师队伍建设,采取切实有效的措施,不断提高民办教师的思想素质和业务素质,积极落实民办教师的报酬,努力解决民办教师的后顾之忧。一、切实加强民办教师队伍的管理。县委、县政府每年都要研究一两次有关民办教师的工作问题县委、县政府领导同志在人代会和县、区、乡三级干部会上都专门强调民办教师队伍管理和报酬落实问题;
