人力资源规划最显著的特点是把员工看作是资源,这与传统的只涉及员工的招聘与解雇问题的人事计划完全不同。本文结合人力资源实际工作,对人力资源优化配置提出自己的见解。
The most striking feature of HR planning is the view of employees as resources, which is quite different from the traditional personnel program that deals only with employee recruitment and dismissal issues. This article combined with the actual work of human resources, put forward their own views on the optimal allocation of human resources.
