女性尿道旁平滑肌癌是尿道良性肿瘤中极少见的疾病。我院从1980年至1991年共收治4例,结合复习文献体会如下。女性尿道旁平滑肌瘤是发生在尿道及其周围的非上皮良性肿瘤,是一种罕见的疾病。尿道平滑肌瘤,男性常发生于尿道前列腺部和舟状窝,女性则好发于尿道近端,后壁的发生率较前壁、侧壁高。本组均发生在尿道的前、后壁周围,肿瘤基底部位于中、后尿道。国内报导大都用“女性尿道平滑肌瘤”这一诊断名称,仅张氏在 Female urethral smooth muscle cancer is a rare disease in benign urethra.
