提出了一种基坑施工引起紧邻建筑物沉降的简化计算方法,可根据基本工程信息快速推求建构筑物基础沉降。与之前的方法相比,既考虑了基础刚度对沉降的影响,又避免了繁杂的有限元计算。在总结分析地表沉降特征和分布模式的基础上,结合工程经验和数值分析探讨了坑外土体沉降随深度变化规律。根据规律总结出基坑开挖对周边环境影响的分区特征,提出了坑外开挖面深度以上土体沉降分布曲线的简化计算公式。由于建筑物基础刚度远大于周围土体,假设其沉降主要来源于下卧土层变形,即建筑沉降等同于基底埋深处的土体沉降,从而得到了根据土体沉降分布曲线来描述建筑物沉降的简化计算方法。算例分析表明,其计算值与实测值有较好的一致性,可为预测、分析紧邻基坑施工的建筑物沉降提供参考。
A simplified method of calculating the settlement of the adjacent building caused by the construction of the foundation pit is proposed. According to the basic engineering information, the settlement of the foundation of the building can be rapidly deduced. Compared with the previous method, both the influence of foundation stiffness on settlement and the complicated finite element calculation are avoided. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the characteristics and distribution pattern of surface subsidence, this paper discusses the law of subsidence with the depth of pits based on engineering experience and numerical analysis. Based on the law, the zonal characteristics of the influence of excavation on the surrounding environment are summarized, and a simplified calculation formula of the soil settlement distribution curve above the excavation face depth is proposed. Because the rigidity of the foundation of the building is much larger than that of the surrounding soil, it is assumed that the subsidence mainly comes from the deformation of the subsoil, that is, the subsidence of the building is equivalent to the subsidence of the soil at the depth of the subsoil. The case study shows that the calculated value is in good agreement with the measured value, which provides a reference for predicting and analyzing the settlement of buildings adjacent to the foundation pit.
